Signing Time On Demand - Review & ipad3 CONTEST!

One of baby M's FAVORITE movies of all is "Baby Signing Time". It cheers her up when she is in a bad mood. It works every time. She laughs at anything that Hopkins does. She signs along (as best as she can) to the songs. She dances too, especially to the "Diaper Dance". She has learned so much. She has even done signs from the DVD that we have never practiced with her. It has really helped her communication and eased frustration.

When I was offered a chance to review the new Signing Time On Demand program, I jumped at the chance! The download of the On Demand player was very quick and easy. It took less than a minute. The videos also downloaded very quickly. The instructions were easy to follow as well. Within minutes I was viewing the videos! I downloaded 2 of the videos to review. The first was the free download. I thought that it would just include a welcome message with instructions on how to use the player. But, it actually included Signing Time songs and lessons! I was very pleased with it. M was very entertained by it too, as usual. I was happy to see new signs that we didn't know yet.
The part that I am most excited about was that I got to download Baby Signing Time, Volume 2. Baby M and I both have Volume 1 memorized (we have been watching it at least 1 times a week for a year). We are both ready to move on and learn some new signs and songs! Just as with Volume 1, we loved the songs, learned new signs, and baby M enjoyed Rachel, Alex, Leah, and Hopkins once more. Something about Hopkins makes her laugh, no matter what he is doing.
The Singing Time On Demand program is a great option! No more looking for lost DVDs, worrying about ruined DVDs from scratches, etc. All of your signing time programs will be in one easy to access place! Signing Time On Demand can be viewed on any computer, ipad, ipod, iphone etc. So, you have them wherever you go. They are also downloaded using a desktop app, so they aren't streamed. This means that you don't have to be online to view the videos. My favorite part was that I didn't have to take a trip to the store or wait for the mail. I was able to watch the video within minutes of purchase! I would recommend the entire Singing Time program, including On Demand to my readers.
Learning sign language is not just for the deaf community. It is a great second language for anyone to know. It is especially great for babies and toddlers that may not be able to express themselves with their words just yet (or they may be trying to but are hard to understand). This helps to lessen temper tantrums and frustration. A lot of M's words sound alike at this point, so when she says the word and then does the sign along with it, it is much easier for me to understand what it is that she wants.

Head on over to the Signing Time website to download their digital videos now! If you download the free video, you are entered to win an ipad 3! For every download, you will earn another entry! What are you waiting for? Ends May 18th, 2012.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
